On the last morning on Bal Harbour we went down to the beach in the morning. There is something magical about sunrise on the beach, you see the new day starting from scratch on the horizon, the waves have washed the previous day away and nothing has corrupted it yet. In this setting the coastal birds come on the beach and start their daily routine of gathering with their kind, grooming their feathers in preparation for the flying around, catching fish and taking any opportunity to find food. This ritual reminds me of our own, there is always more than mets the eye. In this serene setting to the rythm of the waves we saw the sea birds start the day in a little morning show ....just like our own
